1.Go onto the forums take a screenshot of the griefing with the players name.
2.Well i'm not sure that i am not the person most deserving but i try to treat new users with respect and see both sides
3.Let someone of a higher rank know the situation
4.i would check the area that they said he griefed and do /b on the supposed area of grief
